Our Standard Cat Feeding Visits AM & PM (visiting between 5am-10am & 3pm-7pm)

We provide morning and afternoon visits which include litter scooping or changing, fresh water, fresh food and cleaning bowls.

 

To provide an effective level of care for your pet whilst you are away, we will only agree to and accept bookings of at least one visit per day for the duration of your absence (so we will not take bookings of visits every two, three or more days). This is to ensure your pet always has adequate company, food, water and any health or welfare issues can be identified and managed as soon as possible while you are away.

 

Our 2 Cat Sitting Day Time Visits  -   'Signature Stay & Play' & 'Super Stay & Play' visits  (visiting between 10am-3pm)

1. 'Signature Stay & Play' service is 20 minutes of dedicated play, cuddles, grooming & company  (This is not a food, litter or water changing visit and a 'Standard Cat Feeding' AM, PM or AM & PM visit needs to be booked in addition to this service request)

Or

2. 'Super Stay & Play' service is a 30minutes visit and includes play, cuddles, grooming, company, feeding, medication, litter change or scoop, fresh water change, other pets, water plants, hoover carpets/floor areas (if requested) and feed fish.

 

How to book, cancel or extend a booking

Customers can book, cancel & extend bookings by using our easy to use automated system once registered with us.

 

Keys

Your key is allocated a number and our booking system has a secure password which only we can access. Customers can drop keys off to us, we can leave keys on our last visit and if you use us more than 4 times within a year we can keep your keys for future visits .

 

Cancellations

Scheduled bookings can be cancelled using our automated booking system (12 hours notice is required for a credit).

Customers can visit their schedule and click on the dates they wish to cancel.

 

Security & Your Data

Our fleet of vehicles do not have any advertising about our company on them which could draw attention to your home not being occupied and a pet care company are visiting in your absence. For information on how your data is protected please click on our Pet Sitter Plus link below:

 

 

Cleaning

All dirty litter and used pouches are always removed from your home and disposed of leaving your home fresh from unwanted smells. We offer a 10 minute carpet/floor vacuum cleaning for £5 with our 'Signature Stay & Play' service (See Stay & Play page for details).This service is included complimentary with our 'Super Stay & Play' service if requested.

 

Keeping in touch

We always send a complimentary email on our 'First & Last' visits to let you know we have started and finished our services. Through our Pet Sitter Plus account we can also send a complimentary picture when possible.
