The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.
Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers it is the one time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings.
We are unable to take on any new customer requests that just need us for the Christmas & New Year period. If you would like us to recommend a fellow cat sitter who has let us know that they can take on Christmas requests please let us know so we can provide their details to you.
This period is available to book for existing regular customers that are registered with us, who have completed a registration meeting at their home and have used our services for a minimum of 2 bookings during the year between the dates of the 1st January 2017 to the 1st September 2017.
Exisitng customers can book anytime from the 1st September 2017 on a 'First come, First served' basis.
Payment is required within 24hours which secures a booking.
All booked services between the period SUNDAY 24th December to MONDAY 1st January are non refundable.
Once we are fully booked we close for any bookings and decline any requests.
We do not have 'Standby lists' for this period once we are fully booked.
