The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.
Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers it is a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings. Our strict policy has meant that we have been able to provide as many requests as possible.
This period is available to book for existing regular customers that are registered with us, who have completed a registration meeting at their home and have used our services for a minimum of 2 bookings during the year between the dates of the 24th December 2017 to the 1st September 2018.
Exisitng customers can book anytime from the 1st September 2018 on a 'First come, First served' basis.
Payment is required within 24hours which secures a booking.
All booked services between the period MONDAY 24th December 2018 to TUESDAY 1st January 2019 are non refundable.
Once we are fully booked we close for any bookings and decline any requests.
We do not have 'Standby lists' for this period once we are fully booked.
Reminders for the Christmas & New Year period will be sent via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Google.
Bank Holidays & Easter during 2018
To meet the demand of requests for the busy Bank Holidays & Easter period we have a strict booking process. This has meant in past years we have been able to provide 100% of booking requests to our existing customers.
Payment can be made for a booking that covers a Bank Holiday any time up to 7 days prior us starting visits to secure a booking. Payments are non refundable from 6 days before we are due to start during a Bank Holiday booking.
If customers have paid and cancel 7 days before we are due to start then a full credit will be given for any future bookings.
