The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.


Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers, it's a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings.


We can only accept booking requests from our existing customers who use our services throughout the year.


This period is available to book for existing regular customers that are registered with us, who have completed a registration meeting at their home and booked our services for a minimum of 3 bookings between the dates of the 24th December 2018 to the 1st September 2019.


Existing customers can book anytime from the 1st September 2019 on a 'First come, first served' basis.


Payment is required within 24hours which secures a booking otherwise the booking request will automatically cancel.


All booked services on the following dates are non refundable,  all dates between the 24th December and the 1st January.


Cancel any dates before the 31st November to receive a full credit to use for future bookings.


Cancel any dates from 1st December onwards and all dates become non refundable.


We are unable to provide 'Stay & Play' services between 24th December to 1st January.


Visiting times during the Christmas period 24th to 1st January are between the times of 5am to 10.30am and 2pm to 7.30pm. Because of our designed routing schedule there will always be between 7-8 hours gaps in between our AM & PM visits during this period.


Customers who live in our 'Out of central town areas' can only request PM visits during the 24th December to 1st January.



Bank Holidays & Easter during 2019


To meet the demand of requests for the busy 'Bank Holiday' periods & Easter period we have a strict booking process.


This has meant in past years we have been able to provide 100% of booking requests to our existing customers.


Payment can be made for a booking that covers a Bank Holiday any time up to 7 days prior us starting visits to secure a booking. Your booking will automatically cancel if payment has not arrived. If customers have paid and cancel 7 days before we are due to start then a full credit will be given for any future bookings.


The following dates are non refundable from 6 days leading to a Bank Holiday date:


2020 Bank Holiday & Easter period non refundable dates:


10th April, 12th April , 13th April, 4th May, 25th May & 31st August
