The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.
Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers, it's a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings.
We are only able to accept bookings from our existing customers.
We are unable to take on any new customers just for the Christmas period.
Once we have reached the maximum amount of bookings we will not be able to take on any more requests.
Existing customers can book anytime throughout the year and payment will be requested on the 1st of September.
Payment is required on the 1st of September or within 24hours for any bookings made after the 1st of September.
Payment secures and activates a booking otherwise the booking request will automatically cancel.
Cancel any dates before SATURDAY 18th of DECEMBER 2021 to receive a full credit to use for future bookings.
Cancel any dates from SUNDAY 19th of DECEMBER 2021 onwards and all dates between the 24th of December to the 1st of January become non refundable and no credit applied.
All booked services on the following dates are non refundable, all dates between the 24th of December and the 1st of January if you do not cancel your booking request before SATURDAY 18th of December.
There will only be 1 visit available on the 25th AM for Christmas Day. If a PM feed is required please provide a cat timer machine. We recommend the very simple, cost effective machine cat mate single or double feeder available from most pet shops or online platfroms (price range £20-£30)
We are unable to provide 'Stay & Play' services on the 24th December to the 1st of January.
We will only consider bookings of 2 days or more during this period. We will not accept single day bookings e.g just the 25th AM
