The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.


Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers, it's a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings.


All bookings are 100% non-refundable at the point of booking.


We are only able to accept bookings from our existing customers, who have used our services and are registered with us.


We are unable to take on any new customers just for the Christmas period.


Please only book if you are 100% certain that you are intending to be away.


We have our strict non refundable policy in place as we could be declining another customers request.


We will only consider bookings of two days or more. We can not accommodate a single visit for example just on the 25th am.


Once we have reached the maximum amount of bookings we will not be able to take on any more requests.


This year we have a reduced amount of available visits that we can attend, there will only be two of the team working this Christmas period.


There will only be 1 visit available on the 25th AM for Christmas Day. If a PM feed is required we can leave extra food OR alternatively, please provide a cat timer machine. We recommend the very simple, cost effective machine cat mate single or double feeder available from most pet shops or online platfroms (price range £20-£30).


We are unable to provide our 'Stay, Play & Feed' PM services from the 23rd of December to the 1st of January.


Exceptional circumstances for cancelling would be if there is a National lockdown and a stay at home order that is in place which is what happened in Christmas 2020. If this happens then we will offer a credit to use for future bookings. If a cat passes away then please forward the vets confirmation or ask the vet to send us an email confirming this and we will provide a refund or a credit if preferred.


Customers at the point of booking the Christmas period will be asked to confirm in writing that they understand the full T&C's and the 100% non-refundable policy that is in place so that there are no misunderstandings.
