The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.
Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers, it's a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings.
With the current Covid-19 situation we have added some extra flexibility this year with our booking policy.
Existing customers can book anytime throughout the year and payment will be requested on the 1st of September.
Payment is required on the 1st of September or within 24hours for any bookings made after the 1st of September. Payment secures and activates a booking otherwise the booking request will automatically cancel.
Cancel any dates before FRIDAY 18th DECEMBER to receive a full credit to use for future bookings, this is due to the current Covid-19 situation in case restrictions are made on your travel plans.
Cancel any dates from SATURDAY 19th DECEMBER onwards and all dates between the 24th December to the 1st of January become non refundable and no credit applied.
All booked services on the following dates are non refundable, all dates between the 24th December and the 1st January if you do not cancel your booking request before FRIDAY 18th December.
We are unable to provide 'Stay & Play' services on the 24th, 25th & 26th of December.
We will only consider bookings of 2 days or more during this period. We will not accept single day bookings e.g just the 25th AM
New Christmas customers

Due to new restrictions we will only be able to complete home registration meetings from the 7th of December. We are happy to confirm Christmas requests for new customers but any meetings will take place from the 7th December onwards.
Please email us to check for any availability, please include your location and the dates you require. There is a non refundable initial £15 home registration fee which will be invoiced for payment prior to our meeting, once the registration fee has been paid we will arrange to meet you within 2 weeks of your booking request. You can cancel a booking anytime up until FRIDAY 18th December and receive a 50% credit to your account to use for a future booking with us. If you cancel from SATURDAY 19th December onwards then the booking is 100% non refundable. A booking must cover the 25th & 26th December.
