CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR
We are FULLY BOOKED between the period 23rd December to the 3rd January.
The Christmas & New Year period is the busiest time of the year for us at Toto.
Because of the volume of requests from our existing customers it is a time of year that we have a strict policy on bookings. Our strict policy has meant that we have been able to provide as many requests as possible.
Existing customers: This period is available to book for existing regular customers that are registered with us, who have completed a registration meeting at their home and have used our services for a minimum of 2 bookings during the year between the dates of the 24th December 2017 to the 1st September 2018.
Exisitng customers can book anytime from the 1st September 2018 on a 'First come, First served' basis.
Payment is required within 24hours which secures a booking otherwise the booking request will self cancel.
All booked services on the following dates are non refundable for our existing customers 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December & 1st January. All booked dates that are cancelled around this will be given a credit to use for future bookings with us.
We are unable to provide 'Stay & Play' services between Friday 22nd December to Friday 4th January.
New customer requests (we are now fully booked for new customer requests): We will consider new customer requests, we have reserved 5 bookings spaces for 2018, the booking must be in length of 7 days or more. We would be unable to consider any bookings of 6 days or less during this period. A registration meeting will be required at the point of request and the entire booking would be non refundable and also payable at our meeting. Please email us initially so that we can consider your request before registering online.
Bank Holidays & Easter during 2018 & 2019
To meet the demand of requests for the busy Bank Holidays & Easter period we have a strict booking process. This has meant in past years we have been able to provide 100% of booking requests to our existing customers.
Payment can be made for a booking that covers a Bank Holiday any time up to 7 days prior us starting visits to secure a booking. The booking will self cancel if payment has not arrived. If customers have paid and cancel 7 days before we are due to start then a full credit will be given for any future bookings. The following dates are non refundable from 6 days leading to a Bank Holiday date:
2019 - 19th April, 21st,22nd April, 6th May, 27th May & 26th August
